My diary ✨

  Yoga improves strength, balance and breath control. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Balance on one foot, while holding the other foot to your calf or above the knee (but never on the knee) at a right angle.

 In our optional class we introduce a different teaching learning method called 'Think , pair and share'. The technique include both cognitive and creative domains. We present our seminar using this method. Firstly we search our topics on library and study well. Then we pair our ideas and thoughts and share the notes. This method give us a very different experience in the learning process. 

"Health is  wealth "- A good diet will make a healthy body. But today we are worried about the quality of vegetables. Wether it is chemical or not. Today was a special day for us. We prepared a vegetable garden in our campus. It is a great movement inaugurated by our principal  K Y Benedict Sir.

                          Media is an inevitable part of our life. Media can affect positively and negatively affects in our life. So today's discussion is based on this topic. Students from various department has explain their opinion about media. We discussed the problems of creating fake news , rating news ,Social reformation , etc.

  We are living in a patriarchal society. Women are not safe. We talk about the need to make change, an equality of both gender.But these discussions will only limited to classroom. We need to make  change in each family.Because family is the building blocks of society. Women's rights and their opportunities must  encourage their family members. Considering them as a minority is a punishable crime. If we educate a women we educate a society. 

  " Dance"- a devine art form of communication.  'Danspiration' is a short course on basis of Bharathanatyam. The founder of this programme is our Maya ma'am. She give  this opportunity to express our talents. 

  Changing the learning environment will always give a special experience for students and teachers. Because we all studying in a regular classroom. If we change the learning platform into nature , we are more connected to nature and society. Also learning becomes more interesting and give us a freshness.

Department of Mathematics  " If we unite together we can achieve anything ". This quote make sense today. Today was our talent hunt.Our programme name was 'RHOMBUS'. Even  though  we are only 8 members we have given our best. 

  Today is one of the most memorable day in my life. We conducted the Graduation ceremony and convocation for our super seniors. The programme was started at 9:15 am. The morning session include the official inauguration and the award distribution. Our friends,teachers and college faculties tirelessly work hard to make this event so special.  Evening session includes the convocation ceremony and the cultural programmes T hrough this event I realise that how much effort that we invested to make an event to be successful.  M athematics department  created the banner for  morning session and the candle arrangements. 

  The department wise assembly has started on 16th November 2022. The first optional was English.Assembly has started at 9:00am. Begin with prayer.This assembly is entirely different from what I expected. The students had executed it in an interesting way. Assembly includes prayer,newspaper reading,good thought,college anthem etc.. Our friends has participated in National Seminar.So the certificate has issued in the assembly. 'A Letter to MTTC' is a letter competition conducted by English department on the last week. Hida from Malayalam department and Ranjitha from Social science department had  won the competition. Their letters are remarkably beautiful.  

  The physical education department  of Martheophilus training college has conducted a chess tournament for students. Principal Benedict sir has inaugurated the programme .
